Anarchivism is dedicated to archiving, but with freedom given to the individual archivist. This means nobody is governed and everyone can choose how they participate.

Anarchivism if flat, meaning it has no structured hierarchy. Everyone contributing to the site does so at the same level. I can consider myself the "founder" but anyone can start a project, participate in an existing project, or switch to a different project when they deem it more important. Yes, that is a lot of power, but one person or even a small group can't keep a pulse on what needs saving when the internet is only getting bigger.
